KeepUply Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the KeepUply mobile application (“the App”), provided by KeepUply (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

  1. Use of the App

KeepUply is a personal productivity and reminder application designed to help you track one-time and recurring tasks. You may use the App for lawful, personal purposes only.

You agree that you will not:

    • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
    • Use the App in a way that interferes with its normal operation
  1. Your Content

All reminders, notes, schedules, and other information you create in KeepUply (“Your Content”) belong to you.

You are solely responsible for:

    • The accuracy of Your Content
    • Backing up Your Content (e.g., via iCloud if you enable sync)
    • Managing and deleting Your Content within the App

We do not claim ownership over any of Your Content.

  1. Data Storage and iCloud

By default, your data is stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud sync, your data will be stored in your Apple iCloud account and synced across your devices in accordance with Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

KeepUply does not maintain its own servers for storing your data.

  1. Notifications

If you enable notifications, KeepUply will schedule local reminders on your device. These are handled by Apple’s notification system.

You are responsible for ensuring notifications are enabled if you wish to receive reminders.

We are not responsible if you miss a reminder due to disabled notifications, device settings, or other technical limitations.

  1. Availability and Accuracy

While we strive to make KeepUply reliable and accurate, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

    • The App will always be uninterrupted or error-free
    • Notifications will always be delivered at the exact intended time
    • Data will never be lost (e.g., due to device failure, deletion, or iCloud issues)

You use the App at your own risk.
